My name is Damian Lempart. I am a racing driver, instructor, and coach with over 15 years of experience in both motorsport and sim racing. My journey began with racing games and simulators, which eventually led me to real race tracks.

As a GT Academy finalist and an active coach & driver competing in endurance racing within the Polish Motorsport Championship (WSMP), as well as RCN and NLS at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, I combine solid theoretical knowledge with practical experience gained from racing in Poland and across Europe. I specialize in driver coaching, telemetry analysis, and optimizing race car setups.

My approach is based on tailoring training methods individually to each driver’s needs—regardless of their experience level. I believe that with consistent work and proper guidance, anyone can elevate their skills to a higher level.
